A prelude to Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective's performance at the Schwarzman Centre in 2026...
Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective continues its mission to shine a light on overlooked repertoire and uncover surprising, often revelatory musical connections.
This latest programme pairs two American works, Amy Beach’s exquisite Theme and Variations for flute and strings and William Grant Still’s rarely heard Serenade, with two dazzling septets by Hummel and Saint-Saëns, each featuring heroic trumpet fanfares and a spirit of virtuosic brilliance.
Please note this event is taking place at Holywell Music Room and not in the Schwarzman Centre building. Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective perform at the Schwarzman Centre in November 2026 as part of the A Very Short Introduction to Chamber Music series.
